Damn you Trevor, Damn you.

Since Trevor is away on some sort of family vacation, he emailed me and asked if I could procure some Nine Inch Nails tickets as they went on sale this morning.

Being the friend I am, I decided to do so.

Turns out the son of a bitch just phoned and reserved some anyway. I knew something like that was going to happen.

So I guess maybe I'm going to see Nine Inch Nails sometime in November. Ryan, you may as well come with, I got two tickets.

I don't even really like them. They aren't terribly bad or anything, but still.

Hehe. Nine inch Nails isn't a "band," it's a one person show. Trent Reznor should be the focus of your ire.

And by going, do you mean you'll be coming to Calgary to see the show, or will he be in Edmonton too?

I know what you're saying, and Sure Trent Reznor is famous for being emo even before emo existed, and therefore takes all the credit, but he still has a band and therefore Nine Inch Nails is a band.

besides, It felt wrong to say "I don't even really like Trent Reznor, he's not terribly bad or anything, but still"

Yeah i jumped the gun a bit, i really appreciate Dan you doing that for me, dont worry i am still taking those tickets I know some people that want to go, so no problem.

just to clarify...reasoning for jumping the gun.
I sat online (at this poor outdoor internet place in creston, droping in my toonies in) refreshing my email till exactly 1 min before tickets went on sale, and nothing. I was kind of expecting "a sure pal you bet ill get them for you" or "i cant" something along those lines and i got, nada, nothing so i decided to make the long distance call and they gave them to me via phone(which i wasnt expecting). I really wanted to go.

And ryan you peice of shit, the plan was 10 all along it was only going to be 7 if i was beat after work, its not my problem you suck at making plans, i never even knew you were coming for sure till i talked to you 1 hr before the 7pm show started. I thought you had to go to your precious baseball or something.

You have a habbit, of jumping on board and not telling anyone, till its to late, then you expect people to drop everything to fit you in. You should remedy that, and stuff like that wouldnt happen. I dont mean to come off as asshole, and i am sorry if i do, but dude the reason you couldnt make rejects wasnt because of me.

and i quote the last message i got from you regarding the rejects.

"I'm down for the late show for sure, and hell I could even skip baseball if necessary. "

so suck it.

Come on now guys.

And don't worry, I wan't really mad or anything, it's not a big deal at all, man.

I just knew it would happen, knowing my luck.

I thought you had your laptop or something, and would have been on messenger to let me know if you still wanted them, so I didn't bother sending you an email until after I got them, thinking you were offline anyway.

Yeah, i brought it but the only hotel that has free internet is the one iam at right now, in Cochrane AB. So it was pretty much useless the whole trip. I didnt really feel comfortable leaving personal info on public computers.
